Payment & Order Terms

Checkout is completed through Shopify's secure hosted checkout. The payment methods available to you are shown there and depend on your region. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and exclude any taxes or shipping charges that are calculated at that stage.

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch the items. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can usually amend or cancel an order before it has been dispatched.

Orders flagged by our payment provider's fraud checks may be held for verification or cancelled and refunded.
